Generic update instructions for the Randr eBusiness Suites. This applies to Financial Portal, Rental Portal, Work Order Maintenance Portal, Failure Data Portal and Order Entry Portal and the embedded Information Portal.
Each release will have specific instructions so please follow those, but generally these are the steps you need to follow.
Essentially, backing up your applications, deploying the new application, restoring certain objects and running any update scripts. Please see the document for a full explanation.
